Based in Hawkes Bay, we are looking for an Operation Managersuperstar to join our team. The role will suit someone who has previouslyworked in the construction sector and has experience with leading a team.Reporting to the management team you will be responsible for managing the teamsand the execution and scheduling of the company’s projects.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills andattributes:

·       Have worked in construction for a minimum of 5years

·       Experience managing a team

·       Efficient computer skills

·       Oversee and assist with contract managementvariations and invoicing.

·       Be a self-starter with a great attitude and beprofessionally presented

·       Full driver’s licence

·       Be able to pass a drug test

The successful applicant will work closely with themanagement team and time will be split between site and office work.
