Owner and Hawke’s Bay local, Jamie McIntyre, has 22 years experience in bitumen surfacing and has worked in a diverse range of locations across the Pacific.
Joining forces with Mike Withers, who brings 30+ years experience in road construction and earth moving to the business, Pro Seal LTD collectively has the knowledge and experience to undertake a vast range of road building, surfacing and earthwork projects.
